It's printed on the front of the casing or on a small data plate behind the door. Worcester Bosch · Greenstar 25Si · is a perfect answer.
Any error code
If the display is showing an F-number or letter code, read it out. It usually tells us which part to bring before we leave the workshop.
What you've already tried
Repressurised? Tried a reset? Smelt anything? Two minutes of context saves twenty minutes of diagnostic.
Your street, not your postcode
Dublin postcodes are useful, but in D8 a street name and the nearest junction gets us there faster.
